Your paper settings, saved layouts, and personal headers are processed in your browser.
Local storage
We use IndexedDB to save configurations when you choose Save paper. Saved papers are available only in the browser and device where they were created. You can delete them in My papers or clear your browser’s site data. Export a backup first if you need to keep them.
Your light or dark mode choice is stored in localStorage. Clearing site data also resets this preference. Browser storage is used for these features. Google Analytics may also use cookies to measure site usage.
Downloads and sharing
Customized files are generated on your device. Standard PDFs are static files. Share links contain configuration values in the URL fragment. Header text and name/date fields are removed by default; anyone with a link can read its remaining settings.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use the site. Google receives usage information such as page visits, browser and device information, and approximate location. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Learn more aboutGoogle Analytics data collectionand how Google uses information from partner sites. The application has no advertising scripts, account system, or cloud synchronization. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information under their own policies.
Backups
JSON backups may contain header text. Store and share them with care. Imported files are checked for schema version and supported settings.
Contact messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond and investigate your request. Avoid sending passwords, sensitive personal details, or students' private information. Email delivery involves your email provider and ours.
Your choices
You can use the generator without saving a layout. Delete saved papers in My papers, reset theme preferences by clearing site data, and keep downloaded files or backups under your own control. Contact us if you have a privacy question or want to request deletion of a message you sent; we may need information to identify the relevant correspondence.
